HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR GETITFY ORDER
Your Getitfy order normally has two main payment stages: procurement of your goods and international shipping to your destination.

PROCUREMENT PAYMENT
Submitting your product links to Getitfy is a request for a quotation, not an immediate purchase. Our processing team uses your submitted links to confirm the actual product cost, applicable China local delivery or freight, Getitfy service charge and any other applicable seller charges. We then send you the procurement quotation for your approval and payment before purchasing your goods.
YOUR PROCUREMENT PAYMENT MAY INCLUDE:

China local delivery or freight where applicable
Getitfy service charge
Other applicable order charges shown before payment
Once the required procurement payment is confirmed, Getitfy can proceed with purchasing your approved order.
AFTER WE PURCHASE YOUR GOODS
THE SELLER DELIVERS TO OUR CHINA WAREHOUSE
After Getitfy completes the purchase, the seller sends your goods to our receiving warehouse in China using your assigned username and shipping mark.
WHY YOUR USERNAME IS IMPORTANT
When the goods arrive, our receiving team uses the username and shipping mark on the package to identify the shipment and link it to the correct Getitfy customer account.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR GOODS?
Receiving your goods does not automatically mean we ship them immediately. We first confirm your shipping instructions with you.
STEP 1
WE IDENTIFY YOUR GOODS
Your username and shipping mark help our team identify the goods and link them to your Getitfy account.
STEP 2
WE CONTACT YOU
We contact you to confirm whether you are expecting more goods from other sellers or whether the goods already received should be prepared for shipping.
STEP 3
WAIT OR CONSOLIDATE
If you are expecting more eligible goods, we can wait for them so they can be prepared together where consolidation is applicable. If you are ready to ship, you can instruct us to proceed.
STEP 4
CONFIRM SHIPPING METHOD & DESTINATION
Before dispatch, we confirm your destination and applicable shipping method, such as Express, Air Cargo, Sea Freight or Train where available for the destination and type of goods.
STEP 5
WE PREPARE YOUR SHIPMENT
Once we receive your instruction to ship, our team prepares the goods for dispatch and determines the applicable international shipping and customs or clearance charges.
PAYMENT 2
SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
When you confirm that your goods are ready to ship, Getitfy prepares the shipment and generates the applicable second quote for international shipping and customs or clearance charges where applicable.
THE AMOUNT DEPENDS ON YOUR SHIPMENT
The applicable amount depends on factors such as your destination, selected shipping method, shipment weight or volume, type of goods and applicable customs or clearance charges.

WHEN DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
NIGERIA - CONSOLIDATED CARGO
PAY AFTER ARRIVAL & CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
For applicable consolidated cargo shipments to Nigeria, Getitfy ships the goods from China as part of our consolidated cargo service. Payment for the applicable international shipping and customs or clearance charges is requested after the shipment arrives in Nigeria and has been cleared through customs.
OTHER COUNTRIES
PAY BEFORE THE GOODS LEAVE CHINA
For shipments to other supported countries, the applicable shipping payment is required before the goods depart from China. Once the required payment is confirmed, the shipment can be dispatched according to the selected shipping method.

If you are ordering a product through Getitfy, follow the payment instructions provided for your Getitfy order.
If you have already found your own China supplier and simply need to pay that supplier in RMB, use our China supplier RMB payment service.

Follow the payment instructions provided for your order. Use the payment details displayed or supplied by Getitfy and ensure that the correct order or account reference is used where requested.

Always verify that payment instructions belong to Getitfy before sending money. Do not send payment to an unfamiliar personal account or change payment details based only on an unsolicited message. If you are unsure, contact Getitfy and confirm the payment instructions before paying.
