How This Works

To use Ship For Me service (S4M) from CHINA you need sign up here 

You must send YOUR USERNAME (not your name or number)  to your seller to write it on the outer part of your cargo for identification

To utilize our "Ship for Me" service for handling your shipments, it is vital to create an account, which will allow you choose a unique USERNAME. This USERNAME should be shared with your supplier, along with our provided address as indicated in address table below

( Note that you are to replace your actual username when you copy the address below ).

Instructions for Sellers Using Our "Ship for Me" Service

You should communicate the following instructions to your supplier:

1.Prominently mark your USERNAME on the outer packaging of the goods.

2. Additionally, the supplier should clearly specify the nature of the cargo on the outside of the package. It could be normal cargo, special cargo, express cargo, or sea cargo. Properly classifying your cargo ensures its correct handling and timely delivery.

Example of a Message to the Seller by a Client with the Username "GabbyLimited":

"Here is my marked address, please affix it to the exterior of my goods.

这是我的标记地址，请将其放在我的货物外部。

GabbyLimited S4M Normal Cargo"

or

"GabbyLimited S4M Express Cargo"

Cargo Categories:

  • Normal Cargo: Includes clothing, shoes, bags, and non-branded goods.
  • Special Cargo: Encompasses items like batteries, liquids, cosmetics, Bluetooth devices, and the like.
  • Express Cargo: Select this option if you require delivery within 3 days.
  • Sea Cargo: Indicate this option if you are shipping your items via sea transport.

Please note that it's important to inform your seller to clearly and prominently write your username on the package when shipping it to us. This is necessary to ensure that your package is promptly identified and linked to your account.

How to label cartons for international transit

The purpose of using shipping marks is to provide clear instructions to those who will be handling your goods upon their arrival at any of our warehouses. In addition to facilitating handling, carton marks and labels are used for identification, to ensure the consignments remain intact, and to indicate the preferred shipping method, such as express or normal cargo departing from China, special cargo requiring departure from Hong Kong, or sea cargo and its specific type.

How To Label Your Cartons For Transit

People use different shipping marks in their cartons, but the markings that we recommend are:

Username/Shipping Code        :            GETITFY S4M or LON 6083 or LOS 10342

Cargo Route                           :            Normal or Express or Sea or Courier

Destination City or Country     :             Ghana or South Africa or Kano or London or USA

It is mandatory you send this details to your supplier and adviceable you request that they send you picture showing how your cargo are labelled before they send them out to our warehouse.
